Ingredients
Zucchini Bars:
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
 - 2 cups flour
 - 1 cup sugar
 - 1/2 cup oil
 - 2 eggs
 - 1 tsp baking soda
 - 1 tsp cinnamon
 
Frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese
 - 1/4 cup butter
 - 2 cups powdered sugar
 
Instructions
- Mix the Zucchini Bars: Combine shredded zucchini, sugar, oil, and eggs. Stir in the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon until well mixed.
 - Bake: Spread the mixture in a greased pan and bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
 - Make the Frosting: In a bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and beat until creamy.
