Ingredients
For the Stuffed Chicken:
- 4 chicken breasts
 - 1 cup chopped spinach
 - 1/2 cup cream cheese
 - 1/2 cup mozzarella
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - Salt & pepper, to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
 - Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
 - Stuff Chicken: Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture. Secure the openings with toothpicks.
 - Bake: Place the stuffed chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
