- 2 black tea bags
- 2 cinnamon sticks

- 1½ cups milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- Simmer Spices: Bring the water, cinnamon sticks, cloves, cardamom, ground ginger, and ground nutmeg to a gentle boil in a saucepan over medium heat.
