Ingredients
Spaghetti with Meat Sauce:
- 1 lb ground beef
 - 1 onion, diced
 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
 - 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
 - 2 tablespoons tomato paste
 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - 12 oz spaghetti
 - Grated Parmesan, for serving
 
Beef Lasagna:
- 1 lb ground beef
 - 1 onion, diced
 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
 - 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
 - 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
 - 15 oz ricotta cheese
 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella
 - ½ cup grated Parmesan
 - 1 egg
 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
 
Creamy Beef Stroganoff Pasta:
- 1 lb ground beef
 - 1 onion, diced
 - 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
 - 2 tablespoons flour
 - 2 cups beef broth
 - 1 cup sour cream
 - 12 oz egg noodles
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 
Instructions
- Spaghetti with Meat Sauce: Brown beef with onion and garlic in a skillet. Drain excess fat. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer 20 minutes. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Toss with sauce and top with Parmesan.
 - Beef Lasagna: Brown beef with onion and garlic. Stir in marinara and simmer 10 minutes. In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Layer noodles, beef sauce, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella in a 9×13 pan. Repeat. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
 - Creamy Beef Stroganoff Pasta: Brown beef with onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Drain excess fat. Stir in flour and paprika; cook 1 minute. Add broth and simmer until thickened. Stir in sour cream and season to taste. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
