Ingredients

Spaghetti with Meat Sauce:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • Grated Parmesan, for serving

Beef Lasagna:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Creamy Beef Stroganoff Pasta:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Spaghetti with Meat Sauce: Brown beef with onion and garlic in a skillet. Drain excess fat. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer 20 minutes. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Toss with sauce and top with Parmesan.
  2. Beef Lasagna: Brown beef with onion and garlic. Stir in marinara and simmer 10 minutes. In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Layer noodles, beef sauce, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella in a 9×13 pan. Repeat. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  3. Creamy Beef Stroganoff Pasta: Brown beef with onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Drain excess fat. Stir in flour and paprika; cook 1 minute. Add broth and simmer until thickened. Stir in sour cream and season to taste. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
