Ingredients
For the Patties:
- 2 cans (6 oz each) salmon or 12 oz cooked salmon
 - ½ cup breadcrumbs
 - 1 large egg
 - ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley
 - ½ tsp garlic powder
 - ½ tsp onion powder
 - ½ tsp salt
 - ¼ tsp pepper
 - ½ tsp paprika
 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 
For the Sauce:
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or mayo
 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
 - 1 tsp lemon zest
 - 1 garlic clove, minced
 - ½ tsp honey (optional)
 - ½ tsp Dijon mustard
 - Salt & pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Mix all patty ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
 - Form into 8 small patties. Let rest for 5–10 minutes.
 - Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
 - Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Adjust to taste.
 - Serve patties with sauce and garnish with parsley or lemon.
