Ingredients
Salmon and Seasoning
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Topping
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) to ensure it’s at the right temperature when you’re ready to roast the salmon.
- Prepare Salmon: Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on it, spaced evenly for even cooking.
