Description
A retro no-bake dessert salad made with pistachio pudding mix, whipped topping, marshmallows, and pecans.
Ingredients
Pistachio Fluff Salad:
- 1 box pistachio pudding mix
 - 1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
 - 1 (16 oz) Cool Whip
 - 1 cup mini marshmallows
 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans
 
Instructions
- Stir pudding mix into pineapple (with juice). Mix until well combined.
 - Fold in Cool Whip, marshmallows, and pecans. Gently stir until evenly distributed.
 - Chill 1 hour before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together.
