Description

Delicious no-bake peanut butter coconut balls, perfect bite-sized treats combining creamy peanut butter, sweet honey or maple syrup, and shredded coconut for a quick and easy dessert or snack.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined into a sticky dough.
  2. Form Balls: Using your hands, roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter. This should yield approximately 16 balls.
  3. Chill: Place the formed balls on a tray or plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.

Notes

  • For extra texture and flavor, roll the balls in additional shredded coconut after forming.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep fresh for up to one week.
  • Can substitute peanut butter with almond or cashew butter for variation.
