Potatoes:
4 medium, thinly sliced
Onion:
1, sliced
Cream of Mushroom Soup:
1 can
Milk:
1/2 cup
Cheddar Cheese:
1 cup, shredded
Salt & Pepper:

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F: Get your oven ready for baking.
 - Brown beef; drain: Cook the ground beef until browned, then drain any excess fat.
 - Layer potatoes, beef, and onions in a casserole dish: Arrange the sliced potatoes, cooked beef, and sliced onions in layers in a casserole dish.
 - Mix soup + milk; pour over: In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup with milk, then pour this mixture over the layered ingredients.
 - Cover and bake 45 minutes: Cover the casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes.
 - Top with cheese, bake 10 more: Uncover the dish, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, then bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
