Description
This Garlic Cauliflower Mushroom Skillet is a quick, healthy, and flavorful one-pan dish made with sautéed cauliflower and mushrooms in a garlicky butter sauce. Low-carb, vegetarian, and ready in minutes, it’s perfect as a side or light main.
Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
 - 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
 - 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - ½ tsp smoked paprika
 - ½ tsp Italian seasoning
 - Salt & pepper, to taste
 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional)
 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
 
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
 - Add mushrooms and cook for another 4–5 minutes until tender.
 - Stir in garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
 - Finish with lemon juice, Parmesan (if using), and parsley.
 - Serve hot.
 
Add cauliflower and sauté for 5–6 minutes until golden.
Notes
- Skip Parmesan for dairy-free version
 - Add chili flakes for heat
 - Great served over rice, quinoa, or pasta for a fuller meal
