Ingredients

Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a jar or a container with a lid, add the oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and honey or maple syrup. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
 - Refrigerate Overnight: Seal the jar tightly and place it in the refrigerator. Let the mixture soak for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and soften.
 - Serve with Fruit: In the morning, give the oats a good stir. Top with your choice of fresh fruit such as berries or banana slices before serving.
