Ingredients
Pasta:
- 1 lb pasta (penne or fettuccine)
 
Chicken:
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
 
Mushrooms:
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
 
Sauce:
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 cup cream
 - 1/2 cup Parmesan
 - 2 tbsp butter
 - Salt & pepper, to taste
 
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions, then drain and reserve some pasta water.
 - Sauté Chicken: In a skillet, cook chicken slices in butter until golden brown; set aside.
 - Cook Mushrooms and Garlic: In the same skillet, sauté mushrooms and garlic until tender.
 - Make the Sauce: Pour in cream, add Parmesan, and season with salt and pepper.
 - Combine Ingredients: Toss cooked pasta and chicken into the sauce, adjusting consistency with reserved pasta water as needed.
