Description
A copycat recipe of the rich, fudgy Coca Cola cake served at Cracker Barrel.
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1 cup Coca Cola
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
Frosting:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1/2 cup Coca Cola
- 4 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Frost while warm with the cooked frosting mixture.
Heat butter, cocoa, and Coke in a saucepan; pour over flour and sugar. Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, and vanilla. Mix well.
