Garlic Butter Sauce
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) to ensure it is ready for baking your crab legs.
- Prepare crab legs: Place the 2 lbs of crab legs evenly in a baking dish, arranging them so they fit comfortably without overlapping excessively.
- Make garlic butter sauce: In a small bowl, combine 4 tablespoons of melted butter, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon paprika, and salt and black pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly to blend the flavors.
- Coat crab legs: Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the crab legs, ensuring they are well-coated for maximum flavor infusion.
- Cover and bake: Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil to lock in moisture, then bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until crab legs are heated through.
- Serve: Remove from oven and serve the crab legs immediately with fresh lemon wedges and additional melted butter if desired, for dipping and extra richness.
