Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 chicken breasts

Vegetables

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Seasonings and Oils

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for roasting the chicken and vegetables together.
  2. Prepare the vegetables: In a large bowl, toss the cubed sweet potatoes and broccoli florets with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange vegetables on baking sheet: Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes and broccoli evenly on a baking sheet to ensure they roast properly.
