 - 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat Waffle Maker: Heat the mini waffle maker and lightly spray it with oil to prevent sticking.
 - Make Batter: In a bowl, stir together vegan shredded cheese, chickpea flour, water, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until a thick batter forms.
 - Cook Chaffles: Spoon the batter into the waffle maker and cook for about 4 minutes, or until the chaffles are crisp and golden. Repeat to make four mini chaffles.
