Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
 - 1/3 cup sugar
 - 1/2 cup butter, melted
 
Cheesecake Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese
 - 2/3 cup sugar
 - 2 eggs
 - 1 tsp vanilla
 
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F.
 - Mix Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into dish.
 - Prepare Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
 - Bake: Pour filling over crust, bake for 30–35 minutes.
 - Chill: Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
