Description

Moist vanilla cake baked over caramelized blueberries, flipped for a stunning dessert.


Ingredients

For the Caramelized Blueberries:

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter

For the Cake:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix (or homemade batter)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Melt butter and sugar in a cake pan.
  2. Add blueberries: Sprinkle blueberries over the butter and sugar mixture.
