Description

Fluffy muffins made with Bisquick mix and chocolate chips.


Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Bisquick mix

Liquid Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg

Mix-ins:

  • 1 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Preheat your oven to 375°F to prepare for baking.
  2. Mix the Batter. In a bowl, combine Bisquick mix, milk, sugar, and egg until well mixed. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Fill Muffin Tin. Spoon the batter into a muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  4. Bake. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
