Ingredients
Salmon
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
 
Glaze
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
 - 1 tbsp honey
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
 
Herbs & Seasoning
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or thyme)
 - Salt & pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to get it ready for baking the salmon.
 - Prepare Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, and lemon juice until smooth and well combined.
 - Season Salmon: Place the salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and season them evenly with salt and pepper.
 - Apply Glaze and Herbs: Brush the mustard glaze generously over each salmon fillet, then sprinkle the chopped fresh herbs on top to add fragrance and flavor.
