Description

Nutrient-packed no-bake energy balls made with anti-inflammatory ingredients such as turmeric, ginger, and nuts. These energy balls are a perfect healthy snack that provides a natural boost of energy and supports overall wellness without any baking or cooking required.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dates (pitted)
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1–2 tbsp water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Blend Dates: Place the pitted dates in a food processor and blend them until they become smooth and sticky, which will help bind the mixture together.
  2. Add Dry and Wet Ingredients: Add rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, turmeric powder, ginger powder, and chia seeds to the food processor with the dates.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Pulse the mixture several times until all ingredients are evenly combined into a thick dough-like consistency.
  4. Adjust Moisture: If the mixture feels too dry and crumbly, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water gradually and pulse again until the perfect consistency is reached for rolling.
  5. Form Balls: Using your hands, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  6. Chill: Place the energy balls on a tray or plate and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up before serving.

Notes

  • Add shredded coconut flakes to the mixture or roll the balls in coconut flakes for extra texture and flavor.
  • Store the energy balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week for optimal freshness.
