Ingredients
Puff Pastry:
- 1 sheet puff pastry
 
Chocolate Filling:
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels or semisweet chocolate chips
 
Egg Wash:
- 1 small egg
 
Finishing Touch:
- 1/2 tsp confectioner’s sugar
 
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Pre-heat the Air Fryer to 370°F (188°C) for 15 minutes.
 - Prepare Puff Pastry: Thaw the puff pastry sheet, cut it into 6 rectangles, and place chocolate morsels in the center of each rectangle. Fold and seal the pastries, then make slits on top.
 - Chill Pastry: If needed, chill the pastries in the refrigerator or freezer to firm them up.
 - Brush with Egg Wash: Brush each pastry with beaten egg.
 - Air Fry: Air fry the pastries for 12-15 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
 - Cool and Serve: Let the pastries cool briefly, then dust with confectioner’s sugar before serving.
