Instructions

 - Blend Soup: Carefully transfer the cooked vegetables and broth to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. If needed, blend in batches to avoid overflow.
 - Add Coconut Milk and Season: Pour the blended soup back into the pot, stir in the coconut milk to add richness and creaminess. Season with salt and pepper to your liking, warming the soup gently over low heat if necessary.
