Description
Sticky Beef Noodles is a flavor-packed Asian-inspired stir-fry made with tender beef, crisp vegetables, and noodles tossed in a sweet and savory sauce. It’s an easy, satisfying dinner that’s perfect for weeknights.
Ingredients
For the Beef:
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp cornstarch
 - 1 tbsp vegetable oil

For the Sauce:
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
 - 1 tbsp brown sugar
 - 1 tbsp rice vinegar
 - 2 tsp sesame oil
 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
 - 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

For the Noodles and Vegetables:
- 8 oz egg noodles (or preferred noodles)
 - 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
 - 1 small onion, thinly sliced
 - 1/2 cup snap peas or green beans
 - 2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
 - 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes. This will help tenderize the beef and infuse it with flavor.
 - In another bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients and set aside. Mixing the sauce beforehand will make the cooking process smoother.
 - Cook noodles as per package instructions, drain, and set aside. Ensure the noodles are cooked al dente for the perfect texture.
 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. A hot pan is essential for a good stir-fry.
 - Add marinated beef and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until browned. Cooking quickly over high heat will keep the beef tender.
 - Add bell pepper, onion, and snap peas. Stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes. Keep the vegetables crisp for texture.
 - Add cooked noodles and sauce to the skillet. Toss everything to coat evenly. Make sure everything is well coated with the delicious sauce.
 - Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot. The garnishes add extra flavor and a nice finish to the dish.

Notes
- Slice beef thin and against the grain for tenderness.
 - Adjust sweetness or saltiness in the sauce to your taste.
 - Double the sauce if you prefer extra sticky noodles.
