Instructions
- Brown Beef and Onion: In a large pot, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add Vegetables and Seasonings: Stir in the diced carrots, potatoes, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer: Allow the soup to simmer for 25–30 minutes, until the vegetables are tender. Add the green beans during the last few minutes of cooking.
