Ingredients
Milk Version:

 - 1 tbsp clear honey (or maple syrup)
 - 1/4 to 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
 
Optional Garnish:
- Dollop of whipped cream
 - Pinch of pumpkin pie spice
 
Instructions
- Cold Pumpkin Spice Milk: Add milk, pumpkin puree, honey, and pumpkin pie spice to a blender. Blend until smooth. (Alternatively, use an immersion blender if you don’t have a blender.) Pour into a glass and garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice. Serve immediately.
