Ingredients
- For the crust:
- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- For the filling:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- For the topping:
- 1/2 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 4–6 additional Oreos, crushed (for garnish)
- Chocolate syrup (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions
- For the crust: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with the melted butter until fully combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish, making sure it’s even. Bake for 8 minutes, then remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
- For the filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat together peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped topping.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the cooled Oreo crust.
- For the topping: Spread the whipped topping over the peanut butter filling, smoothing it out into an even layer.
- Crush the remaining Oreos and sprinkle them over the top of the pie. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to let the filling set.
- Slice and serve cold. Enjoy this indulgent dessert!

- If you prefer a firmer pie, you can freeze it for a few hours before serving.
