Ingredients
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
½ cup half-and-half
½ cup Dutch-processed unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ½ cups heavy cream
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and half-and-half until smooth.
 - Add the cocoa powder and whisk until completely dissolved and there are no clumps.
 - In another chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until well combined.
 - Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and smooth the top.
 - Freeze for 3 to 5 hours or overnight for the best texture.
