Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
 - 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
 - 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
 - 1/2 cup strawberry jam or preserves
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
 - In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
 - In another bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
 - Spread the cream layer evenly over the chilled pretzel crust. Chill again while preparing the topping.
 - In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the strawberry jam with lemon juice until it becomes pourable. Let cool slightly, then gently toss with sliced strawberries.
 - Spoon the strawberry mixture over the cream layer. Chill the entire pie for at least 2 hours before serving.
 - Slice and serve cold. Optional: garnish with extra whipped cream or mint leaves.

- Make sure the cream layer is spread to the edges to prevent the strawberry topping from seeping into the crust.
 - For best results, chill the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
 - You can use frozen strawberries if fresh ones are not available — thaw and drain well first.
