Description

No-Bake Strawberry Pretzel Pie is a sweet and salty dessert that combines a crunchy pretzel crust, a creamy cheesecake layer, and a fresh strawberry topping. Perfect for warm weather and gatherings, it’s easy to make without turning on the oven.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam or preserves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  4. Spread the cream layer evenly over the chilled pretzel crust. Chill again while preparing the topping.
  5. In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the strawberry jam with lemon juice until it becomes pourable. Let cool slightly, then gently toss with sliced strawberries.
  6. Spoon the strawberry mixture over the cream layer. Chill the entire pie for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Slice and serve cold. Optional: garnish with extra whipped cream or mint leaves.

Notes

  • Make sure the cream layer is spread to the edges to prevent the strawberry topping from seeping into the crust.
  • For best results, chill the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  • You can use frozen strawberries if fresh ones are not available — thaw and drain well first.
  • Use a food processor for easily crushing pretzels to a fine texture.
