Description

This No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Pretzel Pie is a salty-sweet dessert dream with a crunchy pretzel crust, creamy peanut butter filling, and rich chocolate ganache topping. It’s an easy and indulgent treat that requires zero oven time.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
  • Extra crushed pretzels and chocolate shavings for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and brown sugar until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold it into the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Spoon the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate while making the ganache.
  6. For the ganache, heat 1/2 cup heavy cream until just simmering. Pour over the chocolate chips and let sit for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
  7. Pour ganache over the pie and spread evenly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Top with extra crushed pretzels or chocolate shavings before serving, if desired.
