Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
- Extra crushed pretzels and chocolate shavings for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and brown sugar until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold it into the peanut butter mixture.
- Spoon the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate while making the ganache.
- For the ganache, heat 1/2 cup heavy cream until just simmering. Pour over the chocolate chips and let sit for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
- Pour ganache over the pie and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Top with extra crushed pretzels or chocolate shavings before serving, if desired.

- Use mini pretzels or pretzel sticks for easy crushing in a food processor.
- For a firmer crust, chill longer or freeze before adding the filling.
