Description

No-Bake Passion Fruit Lush Pie is a tropical, creamy dessert with a buttery graham cracker crust, a tangy passion fruit layer, and a light whipped topping. This refreshing pie is perfect for summer and requires no oven time.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup passion fruit juice or concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for whipped cream)
  • Fresh passion fruit pulp or seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add passion fruit juice and mix until fully incorporated. Set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold half of the whipped cream into the passion fruit mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  6. Spread the passion fruit layer evenly over the chilled crust. Top with the remaining whipped cream.
  7. Chill the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Garnish with fresh passion fruit pulp or seeds before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • Use passion fruit concentrate for stronger flavor if fresh juice is unavailable.
  • For a firmer crust, you can bake it at 350°F (175°C) for 8 minutes, but it’s not necessary.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • You can also use a store-bought graham cracker crust for convenience.
