Ingredients
Baguette:

Tomato-Mozzarella Mixture:

- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, diced or sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for tomato mixture)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Toast for 6–8 minutes, until golden.
- Prepare tomato-mozzarella mixture: In a bowl, combine tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, garlic (if using), olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss gently.
- Assemble bruschetta: Spoon tomato-mozzarella mixture onto toasted baguette slices.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze: Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
