Mongolian Sauce:
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
 - 1/4 cup beef broth (or water)
 - 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
 - 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)
 - 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
 - 4 green onions, sliced (reserve some for garnish)
 - Sesame seeds, for garnish
 
Instructions
- Cook Noodles: Prepare noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
 - Sear Beef: Heat oil in a skillet, add ground beef, cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
 - Add Flavor: Stir in garlic and ginger until fragrant.
 - Make Sauce: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, beef broth, and hoisin sauce. Pour into skillet.
 - Thicken Sauce: Add cornstarch slurry, simmer until sauce thickens.
 - Combine: Toss in noodles and green onions, stir until coated.
 - Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
