Description

Soft, golden biscuit dough stuffed with juicy seasoned beef and gooey cheese, brushed with garlic butter, and sprinkled with Parmesan. These cheeseburger bombs are fun, flavorful, and perfect as an appetizer, snack, or game-day favorite.

Ingredients

For the Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 8 cheddar cheese cubes (or mozzarella)

For the Bombs:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Place 1 tablespoon of beef mixture and 1 cheese cube in the center. Fold dough around filling and pinch edges to seal.
  5. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush over each dough ball. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  7. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm with extra ketchup or dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Swap cheddar for pepper jack for a spicy kick.
  • Make ahead and freeze before baking; bake from frozen, adding 3–4 extra minutes.
  • Great served with burger toppings like pickles or dipping sauces.
