Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1/2 cup honey
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
 - 1 teaspoon ground ginger
 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
 - Rice or vegetables, for serving
 
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
 - In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
 - Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until it thickens slightly and becomes syrupy.
 - Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, spooning the sauce over the chicken, until the chicken is glazed and heated through.
 - Remove the chicken from the skillet and place it on a serving plate. Garnish with fresh parsley.
 - Serve the Honey Garlic Chicken over rice or alongside vegetables for a complete meal.

- For extra flavor, you can marinate the chicken in the sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
