Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

- Remove the chicken from the skillet and place it on a serving plate. Garnish with fresh parsley.
