Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas (preferably not overripe)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp sugar (you can adjust to your preference)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, to prevent browning)

Peel the bananas and slice them thinly (about 1/8 inch thick). Try to keep the slices uniform so they cook evenly.
