 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - Pinch of salt
 - 1 tsp milk (add more if needed)

For the Coating:
- 12 oz candy melts (choose your preferred color)
 - White nonpareils or sprinkles for decoration

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 325°F-350°F (162°C-175°C) depending on the cake mix instructions.
 - Bake the Cake: Mix cake mix, oil, milk (or water), and eggs. Pour into a greased baking pan and bake as instructed on the box.
 - Crumble the Cake: After baking, crumble the hot cake using a stand mixer or by hand into a large mixing bowl.
 - Prepare the Buttercream: Beat butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, salt, and milk until smooth, then mix with the crumbled cake.
 - Shape the Cake Pops: Roll the cake mixture into 1¼-inch balls (about 30g each). Chill for 15 minutes.
 - Prepare the Coating: Melt the candy melts in the microwave until smooth.
 - Insert the Sticks: Dip the tip of each stick in melted candy and insert it halfway into each cake ball. Chill for another 15 minutes.
 - Coat the Cake Pops: Dip the chilled cake balls into the melted candy coating, tapping off excess. Decorate with sprinkles.
 - Dry and Serve: Stand the cake pops upright in a styrofoam block and let them dry completely before serving.

Notes
- Customize with different cake mix flavors (chocolate, red velvet) or candy melt colors.
 - If you don’t have a stand mixer, you can crumble the cake by hand.
 - For a fun twist, add mini chocolate chips or fruit jam to the cake mixture.
