Ingredients
Chicken Wings
- 2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed
 - 1 tbsp baking powder (for crispiness)
 - 1 tsp salt
 - ½ tsp black pepper
 - ½ tsp paprika (optional)

Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
 - ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for garnish)
 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
 - 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Rack: Preheat your oven to 425 °F (220 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top to allow air circulation around the wings for crispiness.
 - Dry and Season Wings: Thoroughly pat the chicken wings dry using paper towels to remove excess moisture. In a large bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika if using, ensuring even coating.
 - Bake or Air Fry Wings: Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden and crispy. Alternatively, air fry at 400 °F for 20–25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
 - Prepare Garlic Parmesan Sauce: While the wings cook, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 to 60 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it. Remove from heat and stir in olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped fresh parsley.
 - Toss Wings in Sauce: Once the wings are cooked and crispy, transfer them to a large bowl and toss with the warm garlic Parmesan sauce until they are thoroughly coated.
 - Serve: Serve immediately, garnished with extra grated Parmesan cheese and parsley for a fresh, savory finish.

Notes
- For extra crunch, broil the wings for 1 to 2 minutes after baking.
 - You can substitute ghee for butter for a slightly different flavor profile.
 - Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for added dip options.
 - Store any leftovers refrigerated for up to 3 days. To reheat, bake in the oven to restore crispiness.
