 - Pinch of salt
 - 2–3 tbsp water (to thin, as needed)

Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add the chickpeas, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt to a food processor for blending.
 - Blend to Smooth: Blend all ingredients until you get a smooth, creamy texture, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides of the processor to ensure everything is well incorporated.
 - Adjust Consistency: Gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, blending after each addition until the hummus reaches your desired creaminess.
 - Flavor Check: Taste and adjust sweetness or spice levels according to your preference for the perfect balance.
 - Serve and Garnish: Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and optionally top it with a drizzle of maple syrup, a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, and chopped pecans or granola for added texture and flavor.
