Description

Ingredients

Meat

Vegetables & Sauce

  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced

Seasonings

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Season the steak: Generously season the round steak on both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika to build flavorful layers before cooking.
  2. Layer ingredients in the slow cooker: Place the seasoned steak in the bottom of the slow cooker, then add the can of diced tomatoes, sliced onion, and sliced green pepper evenly on top.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce and start cooking: Pour the Worcestershire sauce over the ingredients. Cover with the lid and cook on Low for 6 to 7 hours, allowing the steak to become tender and the flavors to meld into a rich tomato-onion gravy.
