Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced (with some juice)

Instructions
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the sliced pepperoncini peppers (with juice) and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add chicken broth and deglaze the pan, scraping up any browned bits. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over the chicken. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the chicken to absorb some sauce and become tender.
- Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with your favorite side dish such as pasta, rice, or roasted vegetables.
