Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (oil-packed or dry)

- 1/4 cup fresh basil or parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional, for a tangy kick)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
- Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over the top. Simmer for another 5 minutes to heat the chicken through and allow the flavors to combine.
- If desired, add lemon juice for a burst of tanginess and stir to combine.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving. Serve with your favorite side dish such as rice, pasta, or steamed vegetables.

- If you prefer a lighter version, you can substitute the heavy cream with half-and-half or use a lighter cream option.
