Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 8 oz pasta of choice (fettuccine, penne, or spaghetti)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden on both sides and fully cooked through, about 5–7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes to thicken slightly.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
- Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain.
- Slice the cooked chicken into strips and return to the skillet with the sauce. Add the pasta and toss until fully coated.
- Garnish with parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
