1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup long-grain white rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
For Garlic Parmesan Rice
In a medium saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the rice and a pinch of salt, cover, and reduce heat to low. Cook for 15-18 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
