Ingredients
Shredded Chicken Mixture:
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Ritz Cracker Topping:
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Garnish:
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir in shredded cheese if using.
- Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until topping is golden brown and casserole is bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

- Add steamed broccoli or peas to make it a full meal in one dish.
