A quick and hearty pasta dinner made with seasoned ground beef, tender noodles, and a creamy tomato-Parmesan sauce. Ready in just 30 minutes, this is comfort food the whole family will love!
Ingredients
Ground Beef Mixture:
- 1 lb ground beef
 - 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
 - 1 small onion, finely diced
 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 2 tbsp tomato paste
 - 1 (14 oz) can tomato sauce (or crushed tomatoes)
 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
 - 1/2 tsp paprika
 - 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional, for spice)
 - 1/2 cup beef broth
 
Creamy Sauce:
- 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - Salt & black pepper, to taste
 - Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)
 
Pasta:
- 1 lb pasta (penne, rigatoni, or rotini work best)
 
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
 - Sauté Ground Beef: Brown ground beef and onion in olive oil in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
 - Add Flavors: Stir in garlic, tomato paste, tomato sauce, seasonings, and beef broth. Simmer.
 - Create Creamy Sauce: Lower heat and add heavy cream, simmer until thickened.
 - Combine: Add drained pasta to the skillet, toss with Parmesan cheese. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water.
 - Season & Garnish: Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley or basil.

- Substitute ground turkey, chicken, or sausage for variation.
 - For extra richness, stir in 2 oz cream cheese with the cream.
