Fluffy biscuit dough pieces coated in butter, rolled in cinnamon sugar, and baked until golden. These bite-sized treats are perfect for snacking, parties, or a fun dessert the whole family will love.

Ingredients

For the Biscuit Bites:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

For Coating:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
  3. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Dip each biscuit piece into melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture until coated.
  5. Place coated pieces on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve warm, optionally with cream cheese glaze or caramel dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Use homemade biscuit dough if preferred.
  • Toss coated pieces into a muffin tin for mini monkey-bread style bites.
  • Best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in the oven.
