Description

Ingredients
For the Biscuit Bites:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
For Coating:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Dip each biscuit piece into melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture until coated.
- Place coated pieces on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm, optionally with cream cheese glaze or caramel dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use homemade biscuit dough if preferred.
- Toss coated pieces into a muffin tin for mini monkey-bread style bites.
- Best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in the oven.
