Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Optional glaze: 1/2 cup powdered sugar + 1–2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Dip each biscuit piece into the melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.
- Place coated pieces evenly on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- If desired, drizzle with a simple glaze made from powdered sugar and milk.
