Description

Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites are fluffy, buttery morsels of biscuit dough rolled in sweet cinnamon sugar and baked until golden brown—perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Optional glaze: 1/2 cup powdered sugar + 1–2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  4. Dip each biscuit piece into the melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.
  5. Place coated pieces evenly on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. If desired, drizzle with a simple glaze made from powdered sugar and milk.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use parchment paper or grease the pan well to prevent sticking.
  • These bites taste best warm, but can be reheated for later enjoyment.
  • You can prepare the bites ahead of time and bake when ready.
  • Try adding a stuffed filling like chocolate or cream cheese for a fun variation.
  • Melted coconut oil works as a butter substitute for a dairy-free version.
