Description
Crispy, golden egg rolls stuffed with seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, and classic burger toppings — the ultimate appetizer mash-up perfect for parties and snacks.
Ingredients
Filling
- 1 lb ground beef
 - ½ cup diced onion
 - 1 Tbsp ketchup
 - 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese

Assembly
- 12 egg-roll wrappers
 - Oil for frying

Dipping Sauce
- Ketchup-mayo-pickle relish mix (to taste)

Instructions
- Cook the beef and onions: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef together with the diced onion until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat to prevent greasiness.
 - Add sauces and cheese: Stir in the ketchup, yellow mustard, and shredded cheese into the warm beef mixture. Allow it to cool slightly to help with wrapping.
 - Assemble the egg rolls: Lay an egg-roll wrapper flat and spoon the beef and cheese filling onto it. Fold the sides and roll it up tightly, sealing the edges to prevent leakage during frying.
 - Fry the egg rolls: Heat oil to 350°F in a deep pan or fryer. Carefully fry each egg roll for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden and crispy.
 - Drain and serve: Remove the fried egg rolls and drain on paper towels to soak up excess oil. Serve hot with the prepared ketchup-mayo-pickle relish dipping sauce.

Notes
- For a lighter version, air-fry the egg rolls at 390°F for 7 to 8 minutes until crispy.
 - Ensure the beef mixture is cooled slightly before assembling to prevent wrappers from tearing.
 - Use your preferred cheese for the filling—cheddar or American work best for that melty texture.
 - Adjust dipping sauce ingredients to taste for a perfect combo with the egg rolls.
