Ingredients
Salmon Fillets:
- 4 salmon fillets (skin on)
 
Seasoning:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
 - Salt, to taste
 
Honey Butter Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
 - 2 tablespoons honey
 - 1 tablespoon halal soy sauce
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - Juice of ½ lemon
 
Garnish:
- Fresh parsley, chopped
 - Lemon wedges
 - Black sesame seeds (optional)
 
Instructions
- Pat dry salmon: Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
 - Season salmon: Rub each fillet with olive oil and season with Cajun seasoning and salt.
 - Sear salmon: Sear fillets in a skillet, skin-side up, then flip and cook until done.
 - Make honey butter sauce: Melt butter, add honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice. Pour over salmon.
 - Finish and serve: Garnish with parsley, lemon, and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

- If your Cajun blend is salty, skip additional salt.
